Abstract :
A parallel genetic algorithm with dynamic mutation probability is presented. This algorithm is based on the farming model of parallel computation. The basic idea of the dynamic establishing mutation rate is presented. Some experiments on function maximization problems have been performed to study the effects of varying the mutation rate for the parallel model
