Point out that the academic special zone — university academy should be built in researching universities and researching-teaching universities according to “985 project” platform´s state. Explain the types and features of universities´ academic universities. Suggest Chinese university academy should adopt dynamic union innovational system. It should be made up by a coordinate center and four function models (“project resource storeroom”, “researching & developing group”, “fruit transforming station”, “teaching & researching joint department”). Being high knowledge innovational platform & researching fruit industrialized hatchery, Chinese university academy present some new features, such as organic whole in producing, studying and researching, combining teaching, researching with developing, etc. Chinese universities´ academic universities taste in leadership, organization and human affairs can accumulate valuable experience to decision system establishing, research organization integrating, group encourage mechanism building and international evaluating system founding in researching university.
