Abstract :
Two methods of passive location, BO (bearings-only) and PRC (phase rate of change), are modeled in this paper, and then, relative algorithms and their error analyses are shown. Meanwhile, we point out whether or not the two methods are feasible in all conditions. Both of the methods with the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) are simulated to compare with each other at last.
