Distributed configuration of end customer control management system

The authors discuss a functionally distributed processing system architecture based on a local area network (LAN) communication environment. They also describe the network resource database configuration essential to the end customer control management system. An implementation of an end customer control management system consisting of small-sized processing systems and the communication environment which interconnects these systems in a highly reliable and easily expandable manner are presented.
