Abstract :
A sublibrary of Netlib, a network-accessible software library, developed for the systems and controls community, is described. It is sponsored by the Computer-Aided Control Systems Design working group of the IEEE Control Systems Society and can be accessed by anyone who can exchange mail with US Internet hosts. Contributions of software which have been placed in the public domain by the authors are accepted by e-mail at any time
