The model analysis of the tacit knowledge diffusion process in enterprises

In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the proliferation of tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge diffusion process is built based on the diffusion process of tacit knowledge epidemic model. It concerts the analysis of the time line of the proliferation of tacit knowledge, as well as enterprises (groups) between the information transmission and the proliferation of tacit knowledge the time path of the inner links. With the multi-source information epidemic model of a simple form of heterogeneity of expansion, the paper has raised the probability of the proliferation of tacit knowledge epidemic model as a theoretical model in the expansion of individual choice.
