After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In two-sided markets, in order to fully play the competition role in allocating resources, we must understand the characteristics of bilateral market firstly. According to these characteristics, and formulate the corresponding platform for two-sided markets competition strategy, the regulation must also consider it marked differences with the traditional markets.
