For the construction of resource-saving society, to address global climate change and achieve sustainable economic development, need to improve the logistics system, through the development of low-carbon logistics to develop low carbon economy. The breakthrough in low-carbon economy may be main driving force to the new round of growth after the crisis. Through studying the background of Low-carbon Logistics, summarizes the characteristics of Low-carbon logistics and bases on the summary of problems on the development of Low-carbon logistics, recommendations makes accordingly.
