This thesis analyzed training risk early-warning of chain clothing stores based on BSC in four aspects of financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth, making comprehensive utilization of monitoring in financial indicators of risk and non-financial indicators, using research methods of qualitative and quantitative fuzzy evaluation method This thesis analyzes training risk early-warning of chain stores of clothing effectively, to make its training risk early-warning objectively, accurately and timely
