Low-carbon Economy is a kind of advanced economic mode focusing on energy technology development reducing exhaust, transforming industry structure, promoting policy innovation and idea revolution. The new energy automobile has important strategy meaning because there is severe conflict between the rapid increasing of energy demand and the exhausting of oil resource in the world in the future. This paper discusses about the strategy aims of China on new energy automobiles, analyzing some problem and bringing forward relative advice.
