Abstract :
This paper takes more than 400 TNCs which confirmed by Science & Technology Department of Jiangsu, one of the most important destinations of TNCs´ R&D institution as research object and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the R&D-oriented investment in Jiangsu, the favorable factors attracting foreign R&D as well as the limiting factors restricting their development in Jiangsu. The paper puts forwards that it is beneficial to the improvement of local enterprises´ technology innovation in the long run and countermeasures of enhancing technology innovation capability in Jiangsu.
