Abstract :
To improve the electrical properties of radiation crosslinked polyethylene, EVA and high-order alcoholate as additives are contained. The variations of electrical properties of radiation crosslinked polyethylene, pure and compound, with irradiation depth are compared. Effects of additive content, injecting time of electron beam on space charge distribution are studied. An attempt is made to explain the relationship between space charge and electrical properties of radiation crosslinked polyethylene and its compounds
