Abstract :
City cycle economy is a sustainable development strategy in coordinating comprehensive development among economy, ecology and society and realizing that the city, man and nature are in harmonious. On the basis of the establishment of a reasonable economic efficient city appraisal target system, we applied data envelopment analysis to calculate the city loop economic development efficiency of 17 cities of Henan province in 2007, and the results showed that eight of the cities were of effective recycling economy, another nine were relatively invalid. Finally, we made optimize path analyses to those cities with relatively invalid city cycle economy through projection.
