This paper is about the description of a PC-based TDMA mobile radio software simulator with emphasis on traffic performance versus allocated resources. Written entirely in the C language, the simulator encompasses multiple environments, mobility, non-uniform mobile spatial distribution, and dynamic channel allocation, and is mouse-driven
