After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

China is one of the nations of highest agro-biodiversity (ABD), which is of a great significance for the most populous country with 65% of rural dwellers. However, China´s agro-biodiversity is seriously threatened. The paper firstly analyzes the agro-biodiversity conservation economically and introduced the some innovative market instruments usable for conservation based on current market mechanism. Secondly, China´s institutions on ABD conservation are assessed qualitatively. The paper concludes with a few policy recommendations for perfect the legal system of ABD conservation.
