This text analyzes the relationship between financial development and income gap. Specifically, the analysis includes two indicators: gap between the rich and poor, urban-rural income difference. In the analysis process, we apply ADF test and co-integration test to identify the key factors of evaluation indicators. According to the analysis conclusion, it provides a reliable theoretic guarantee for finding out efficiency approach to reduce the income gap on the symptoms and the causes.
