This paper analyzes a special company — Inner Mongolia Yili Corp., as the competitive advantage case study supported by competitive advantage theory and financial analysis. It would be considered from different directions such as history and financial indexes compared with peer group companies. The process, using the data of comparison with competitors demonstrates different variables. The results are based above data & variables to analyze the financial performance on Yili competitive advantage which reflects the previous thought.
