Abstract :
In result of done research work treated ecological perspective technological scheme of energy block on the basis of coal in scope low waste and resource-saving principles used by latest achievements of energetic. Technical and ecological analysis shown positive effects that can spend to safe nature, there are: reduction damage by emissions to environment; progressive technical solution of termomechanical equipments; retrofit consisted from realization of utilization of production; useful heat losses. Power-industrial-agriculture complex formatted around Thermal Power Station with 4.8 GW installed capacity on the basis Shivee-Ovoo lignite coal it can be obtained 0.7 million dollar (USD) per year by products from their realization. Therefore, planned PIAC will not damage nature by 4million dollar (USD).
