This paper discloses the inner connection between the international industry and development of SMEs through analysis of the international industrial transfer on SMEs in Zhejiang. Moreover, the paper offers some suggestions about how SMEs in Zhejiang successfully undertake the international industrial transfer to realize their own industrial transfer and upgrading.
