Abstract :
The parameters of multi-objective multi-constraint public investment model to increase per capita income, decrease per capita income gap, and increase employment rate were analyzed. The rules were found that how tax rate, savings rate, and transfer loss rate affected three objectives applying 2009 China statistical data.
