Abstract :
The problems of organising information within user documentation (both power and online) have grown along with software complexity. The author discusses problems in documenting navigation routes, cross references and functions with a long scope of interaction, encountered during a large commercial user documentation project. These problems need to be addressed by tools providing computer support for documentation and manuals
