Abstract
Urban agglomeration becomes increasingly important because of the globalization of world economies. Constraints of quantity and quality of resources influence mostly the radiating area of urban agglomeration. A method of relationship of resource constraint and radiating area of urban agglomeration is presented. Based on the methodology, models are constructed using the theory of endogenous economic growth and gravity equation. The discussions on the models have been specified to give recommendations for the development of urban agglomeration.
