From the perspective of psychological contract, based on analysis of psychological contract formation process model and fixing on the dimensions of psychological contract, construct a support system of dispatched workers´ psychological contract. Finally, a psychological contract to maintain two-way dispatch coordination mechanism has been established, so as to provide an effective proposal on maintaining the psychological contract.
