Abstract
This paper presents a desktop video conference system designed and implemented by the TINA-C software concepts, principles and guidelines. For video conference service, the connection on the ATM network has two types: DPE connections for operation interface between stakeholders and stream interface connections between end users. Two different types of information are transported through these connections. In this paper, we describe the stream binding that transports voice and video data stream through a high bandwidth network. We introduce the computational scenario of a stream binding through an user terminal and a transport network and the connection graph concepts to describe the connectivity between end-points
