Abstract :
The chipset of the maximum neural network based on the switched capacitor technique is proposed. The design of analog neural nonlinear programming solvers using switched-capacitor (SC) integrated circuit techniques. By using bilinear transformation to elliptic low pass ladder filter, a switched capacitor (SC) filter is presented for noncontact detection and microwave generation application of cascaded Brillouin oscillation to microwave frequency synthesis at a level comparable to mid-range commercial, all-electrical synthesizers. The proposed SC filter is fabricated with TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process.
