The paper illustrates the connotation of reverse logistics and concludes the significance of developing reverse logistics. Based on the status quo of Chinese reverse logistics development, it analyzes the problems in Chinese current reverse logistics and proposes relevant solution strategies to solve the problems. During promoting the development of our reverse logistics, the corporation will play a principal role; the government shall adopt initial measures to promote the development of reverse logistics for the problems of market failure.
