  • Abstract
    Software companies need to know how their projects performed - which of their projects were successful and which of their projects failed. Although identifying a failed project from a successful project is an easy task; but identifying the relative success of projects is not that trivial. This paper suggests a framework that can be used to evaluate the relative performance of software projects.
