Abstract :
Three port two-way rectangular ring power divider is described for tight as well as loose power division. These power dividers give more bandwidth than rectangular unequal power dividers. Multiport Network Model (MNM) using de-segmentation method has been developed to analyze this configuration. Parametric study has been done using commercially available software IE3D. Compact rectangular unequal power divider has been achieved by cutting a thin slit on the rectangular patch. Experimental results show good agreement with theoretical results.
