The Central Organization Department introduced a series of policies of university student village officer project since 1995 to promote the construction of socialist new countryside, and the implementation and development conditions of university student village officer project directly embody the construction effect of harmonious country. The paper analyzes with interaction mechanism of university student village officer project as a focus on the basis of analyzing implementation background of university student village officer project, university student village officers are taken as main analysis objects, university student village officers are interacted and associated with governments, villagers, original village officers and university in university student village officer project system, interaction mechanism of university student village officer project is analyzed from four aspects of "dialogue" interaction, "target" interaction, "parallel" interaction and "origin" interaction, and positive effect interaction suggestions of university student village officer project are proposed, thereby enabling the university student village officer project to be developed for long term effectively.
