Abstract :
We report a new value of the fine structure constant with a relative uncertaintity of 6.6×10-10. This result is deduced from the h/m ratio measurement on Rb atoms. The comparison with the electron anomaly measurements reveals an agreement. Moreover, the precision is large enough to verify for the first time the muonic and hadronic contributions to this anomaly.
