This paper points out various risks existing in the course of logistics outsourcing, such as system change, moral credit failure, uncontrolled operations, and vague contractual liability. After intensively analyzing these risks, the author raises some concrete and effective measures on how to prevent and control these risks. The aim of this paper is to provide some references to those enterprises which have already conducted or are planning to conduct logistics outsourcing.
