This article analyses the differences and integration development of low carbon economy and industrial economy. As an example of the method of dynamic alliance enterprises´ cooperative competition, combines the development characteristics and elements of low carbon economy, discusses and analyses the laws and characteristics of the development of low carbon industrial economy under the market economy condition. Besides, it proposes useful ideas and methods.
