Abstract
The method of signal reconstruction from finite samples by convolution can be used for range cell migration correction in SAR. Since the fractional Fourier transform(FRFT), as the generalization of Fourier transform, has been investigated to process SAR data in recent years, it is necessary to analyze this foregoing method in the FRFT domain. In this paper, the reconstruction formula is reviewed in the FRFT domain by virtue of the fractional convolution. And then the analysis of reconstruction error is made, which result from finite samples. Finally, the normalization formulas of the intercepted convolution kernel are shown.
