Business management has undergone great changes, HRM practices also change and face new challenges in China. The paper firstly explores the changes of HRM practices in China enterprises during transitional economy and analyzes the major factors that influence HRM practices. The empirical research on relationship between HRM practices and firm performance shows the active relations between the two; and then it figures out the “best practices” of HRM in China´s firms. At last, it discusses the tendency and framework of future researches in this field.
