This paper, on the basis of an empirical study, makes analysis on the potential motivation of the Tianjin offshore outsourcing services by dividing it into 15 categories. It uses principal component analysis with the collected questionnaires, and the result comes out with six kinds of principal component factors from which we obtain the cause and effect of Tianjin´s undertaking offshore outsourcing services.1
