The low-carbon economy is one kind of new economic development mode; it could realize the win-win between economic development and environmental protection and is the common prospect of human society to realize the whole world developmental strategy. The green marketing is one economic activities of the enterprise brand-new transformation marketing pattern and one kind of strategic choice to keep pace with the low-carbon economy development. This strategic choice brings forward the resources values choice, the comprehensive demand view choice, the ecological environment view choice and the tertiary benefit view choice.
