With the development of economic integration and trade liberalization, the development of bilateral free trade that occurs in countries (regions) and national (regional) association have been continuously strengthened. In the 21st century, cross-regional and transcontinental bilateral free trades have begun to increase. This paper analyses the development types and formation motivations of cross-regional bilateral free trade through comparing to the basic conditions of traditional regional economic integration, then analyses the enlightenment in china´s bilateral free trade.
