In the present, technology import is an important approach to improve innovative capability. To help for innovation, the framework of the factors impacting on effective technology import is proposed in this paper. Based on the survey of Zhejiang enterprises, it is analyzed that the effective technology import is affected by absorptive capability, technology import mode, technology life cycle and the assistance of government.
