Abstract :
This paper proposes a new algorithm to construct an efficient multicast tree with the presence of bandwidth and delay constraints. The evaluation of the algorithm through the wide area ATM networks shows that the proposed algorithm is very well suited for multicast routing in real-time high-speed networks.
