Abstract
For optimal routing Hopfield networks are employed. Furthermore, we propose a dual routing mode which combines many features, such as very good convergence, relatively low programming complexity and ability to operate in real time. The simulation result shows that call block rate is greatly reduced under different network topologies and various network traffic. It can be concluded that the proposed model is both efficient and effective in VC routing.
