After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the continuous development of Sino-Japanese trade, trade frictions between the two countries appear frequently, it makes economic benefits of China and Japan suffer great losses. In this paper, the Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations are analyzed from the perspective of game theory. China and Japan can achieve a “win-win situation” through cooperation, confrontation will cause a “lose-lose situation”.
