With the economic globalization and the development of information network technology, the virtual enterprise has become an important organization form in economic activities and attract more attention from scholars. Nevertheless, there is little research work on the knowledge learning curve of virtual enterprise. Yet, traditional learning curve was modified to knowledge learning curve and the knowledge learning curve of virtual enterprise was discussed in the life cycle in these paper in order to analysis the influence of knowledge accumulation and cost which caused by the different factors in the life cycle.
