Abstract :
The authors given an analytic solution to the resolution performance of the MUSIC algorithm through the introduction of a deterministic resolution measure. This measure is shown to represent the resolution property of the algorithm. A closed-form solution of this resolution measure for MUSIC is derived and shown to be in close agreement with the result obtained through an asymptotic statistical analysis by M. Kaveh and A. Barabell (1986).<>
