Abstract :
According to System Dynamics (SD) theory, the paper analyzed relation between the input human capital investment of High-tech enterprise and its output, then the SD model of the relation was established, and its efficiency variation of the different input programs simulated. The result was highly available not only to explore rational investment structure of High-tech enterprises, but also to improve the revenue of human capital investment.
