HR Business Process Outsourcing is a professional field amplification of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Now, there is a special outsourcing model in BPO field-the cooperation of huge HR Service Provider and service destination in HRBPO. The cooperation is not referred to the stuff´s service of HR Service Providers but their business scope. The paper points out the feasibility and necessity on the basis of current situation of HR Service Provider. Then take the HR BPO C2 cooperation project between HR Server, China Star Company, and the HR BPO´s Outsourcer, Shanghai CDP Company as the case study to summarize and prove the two new cooperation models in HRBPO field.
