    In recent years, China´s comprehensive national strength and influence are constantly growing, multilateral economic and trade cooperation are deep-going, personnel exchanges are increasing, along with government pragmatic attitude and relatively loose system, which drive the scale and scope of RMB cross-border circulation are constantly expanding. From the perspective of RMB cross-border circulation, according to the division internationalization process of State Administration of Foreign Exchange, this paper analyzes RMB cross-border circulation situation respectively from time, space, monetary functions to judge RMB internationalization degree, which must handle four relationships at present, stage and speed, government and market, cooperation and competition, opportunity and future. It has practical significance to advance RMB internationalization progress steadily.
