Abstract :
This paper presents the effect of the grading insulation in open and enclose type COS. Because the conventional open-type COS has the problem which isn´t strong for the wind with salt, we attempted to mitigate the electric field intensity at the inner and outer part of insulator in enclosed-type COS. The good mitigative effect of that is produced by the application of the grading insulation of the dielectric material
