Entrepreneurship on economic growth increasingly become the important role by scholars. Based on the study of entrepreneurship measure, the paper builds up the index of entrepreneurship evaluation. With principal component analysis of interprovincial panel data, the paper determines and reviews the index system, then analyzes the data of Anhui, Zhejing, and Jiangsu, measures the entrepreneurship situation of three provinces, in order to provide reference to the local economic development.
