Abstract :
The paper has concentrated on model possibilities as regards check-in concourse capacities of an airport. It takes into account especially the airport capacity effectiveness and the staff labour productivity. This type of modelling is fully applicable to practice and specific needs of any regional airport. The model core is built on the queuing theory that has been supplemented by economic indicators. The dynamic model principles with the Powersim Studio implementations are dealt with by the paper.
