Abstract :
The transmission characteristics of a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system using a wide-band optical phase conjugator (OPC) are discussed. It is confirmed by computer simulation that 20 Gbit/s/spl times/8 ch/spl times/100 km WDM transmission is available.
